As the symbolism granted to labor representatives, who have been considered representative of the Korean labor community, is questioned, it is necessary to pay attention to the group's activities that have not been carefully handled in order to fully understand the current situation of the Korean labor community.
In fact, Korea's labor community has a dual structure of not only the conflict between capital and labor, but also the myriad of conflicts between labor and labor. Therefore, it is necessary to understand the reality that inequality exists in the memory preservation within the labor community in the process of forming the memory of labor.
The Oral records of workers collected in the course of this study was addressed in three contexts in the text: First, we reviewed the main contents of labor memory and examined the status of domestic labor problems since 1987. Second, the content was to examine how the members who participated in the interview participated in their respective education and how their education activities affected their lives and perceptions. Third, a measure to documented the memory of workers obtained through this study was reviewed then presented a note of caution.
The labor world is one of the most difficult areas to define and explain with an identity, and memory competition is the most intense. Therefore, when discussing how to record and archive labor memories, it is necessary to have a good grasp of the characteristics of these labor world. Therefore, in this study noted that it was urgent to make efforts by labor researchers to find more case.
