This study is based on the national and public daycare centers and the workplace daycare centers in Seoul children were surveyed on how daycare center management hours, mother's parenting behaviors, and teacher's perception of professionalism their children's behavior problems.
In order to measure mother's parenting behavior, I used the ‘mother parenting behavior questionnaire' developed by Park, Ju-hee(2001) and measure teacher's perception of professionalism, Wang(2000) developed ‘Teacher Professional Perceptions Rating Scale', which was revised and revised by Jung A-ram(2016), measure the problem behaviors of children, the ‘PKBS(Pre-school and Kindergarten Behavior Scales)' of Merrell(1994) was revised and supplemented. Multiple regression analysis was used to analyze the collected data.
The results of this study are summarized as follows.
First, the behavior of children studied external problem behavior is higher than internal problem behavior, according to a survey of daycare centers funded by children, the number of daycare centers management hours for more than 12 to 13 hours is the highest. In the case of the types of mother's parenting behaviors of children, the number of child-friendly and encouragement activities is the highest, and the teacher's professionalism was recognized as the highest level of communication ability.
Second, the results of the multiple regression analysis using the daycare center management hours, mother's parenting behavior, and teacher's professionalism as independent variables and the children's problem behavior as the dependent variable among the subfactors of teacher's perception of professionalism, the ability of elongation of expertise was found to be a negative influence on children’s internal problem behavior.
In conclusion, teacher's perception of professionalism was found to have an negative influence on the children's internal problem behavior, and the daycare center management hours and the mother's parenting behavior did not effect the children's problem behavior.
