The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of Aronia intake on the liver function (GOT, GPT) and lactic acid of college soccer players after the shuttle run test with the subject of 21 persons for 8 weeks. It was classified for Aronia intake group (n=7), vitamin-C (n=7), and control group (n=7) for participation, and as a result of analysis, following result has been obtained.
First, looking into the result of GOT, there was no significant difference of the changed volume between the group and certain time (〉.05) and the effect within the medium did not have significant difference (〉.05). In addition, there was no significant difference (p〉.05) in the effect between the medium.
Second, looking into the result of GTP, there was no significant difference of the changed volume between the group and certain time (p〉.05), and the effect within the medium did have significant difference (p.〈05), but there was no significant difference (〉.05) in the effect between the medium.
And third, looking into the result of the lactic acid, there was no significant difference of the changed volume between the group and certain time (p〉.05), and the effect within the medium did have significant difference (p.〈05), but there was no significant difference (p〉.05) in the effect between the medium..
With the above result, this study is considered to have positive influence of the Aronia intake on the density of lactic acid as the fatigue material of liver function (GOT, GTP). In addition, the experiment group did not show significant difference that, in order to have the Aronia displaying the effect as the auxiliary material for exercise in order to clarify the effect on fatigue recovery on liver function (GOT, GTP) and lactic acid, if the study is undertaken in consideration of intake volume, intake period and internal and external psychological condition, there seem to be a need for more diversified studies for many great ingredients in Aronia to contribute to the improvement of competition through the fatigue recovery for athletes.
