There are various diagnostic methods for sleep apnea, but the treatment method is very limited. In particular, CPAP, which most patients can use at home, is structured to continuously inject air regardless of whether or not it has apnea during sleeping, which interferes with sleeping and is not very usable. Among the devices capable of diagnosing sleep apnea, there is no system that accurately grasps and copes with the user's condition in real time. In this paper, we propose a wearable body area network (Wearable Body Area Network) that can accurately measure sleep quality in daily life and improve apnea when sleep apnea occurs by using a wearable device with a clock and smart pillow do. This system is called HomecareKit and is easy to use anytime and anywhere. The system can measure oxygen saturation, pulse, posture, etc. by measuring and analyzing the bio signal through PPG, respiration, triaxial rate sensor and so on. We developed an algorithm that can integrate and analyze these values in order to identify apnea and identify apnea stages. In addition, we propose a system that can cope with apnea by controlling the smart pillow that is interlocked if the vital sign becomes dangerous through the apnea symptom. Although the home care kit is a wearable device, it showed accuracy close to that of a specialized diagnostic device for hospitals in many precision measurement drawings of biological signals. In addition, it is designed to enable 12 hours measurement operation once with ultra low power system.
