청년취업성공패키지 참여자의 취업과정에 관한 근거이론적 연구

This study is intended to examine phenomena of successful process of employment by firstly investigating how the employment process is and what the meaning of that process is in young adults successful achievement package that has been operated by Ministry of Employment and Labor for the attendees because it is important to closely examine phenomena that have been operated improperly as well as fruits so as to develop and improve young adults successful achievement package and to reinforce the attendees’ employment capacity and skills in the middle of every stage and process of successful achievement package.
The participants of this study were those who can report their experiences and feelings about employment processes after graduation from high schools, two-year colleges, or four-year universities. In order to find out participants, a purposeful sampling method was used.
The participants were less than 34 year-old young adults in October 2016 who had been working for over 6 months without quitting a job after joining successful achievement package in the first and second half of 2015 and experiencing the package program.
The individual interviews have been conducted with 20 subjects in total - 14 male and 6 female ones – who already experienced 1 to 3 stages of successful achievement package and got a job with the help of conciliation or for oneself.
The analyzed findings of employment processes based on reports of the participants indicated 188 concepts with 15 categories and 39 subcategories. The core category was 'Growing up as a dignified worker through challenges for employment.'
The 4 development stages analyzed the employment processes of successful achievement package attendees based on the paradigm of a grounded theory are chronologically indicated as ‘the stage of suffering experience,’ ‘the stage of problem acknowledgment,’ ‘the stage of trial of change,’ and ‘the stage of change experience.’
The findings of this study are significant in that young adults successful achievement package can make difference on the attendees because they try to exploit the package and take job training, finally getting competent certificates and restoring confidence. They come to have a will and strong desire to job, eventually growing up a professional with the help of empowerment of employment capacity.
