    A true victory in the future war is to reduc making casualties. Development of high technology have contributed to advancement of weapon system and we have to know its progress causes a terrible loss of human lives.
    In this thesis, we can understand the future warfare and draw a conclusion that what we should prepare through analyzing necessity of unmanned weapon system, ‘L+ESCP’. And using those factors, I wanted to analyze diverse usage of Drones in military and civil life.
    Especially I would like to suggest how to applicate drones in military so that we can use it variously that popular in civil society as well as reconnaissance and surveillance in military.
    Unmanned weapon system is proposed to in case of reducing casualties, however some nations face with the problems of the astronomical costs of that system. But we understand pushing forward air-unmanned weapon system is much effective than producing ground-unmanned weapon system, so they actively invest the former. The developed countries such as the United States, China and Japan competitively develop air-unmanned weapon system. In fact, those nations are using it in real combat. Specially the North Korea tries to expand usage of drones for asymmetric power.
    To reflect this trend, on May 18, 2016, the 5th Regulation reform committee(public and private corporation) had a meeting to allow overall execution of business of drones that do not hindering national development and security.
    Accordingly, the ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport allowed every business of drones apart from hindering nation development and security and it removed a condition that company should pay its capital if it wanted to register under 25kg drone business. Also it informed that using drone business had priority in Land compensation and Intellectual property. This treatment shows goverment's will to generate drone business and in the near future drone business will be a great part of power of growth.
    The practical use of today's drone have positive and negative sides. However, we should concentrate on positive effort to applicate and develop drones in military.
    This study draw an essential element analysis ‘L+ESCP’ through a thesis about drones used in present military and private society. And by using the essential element analysis I suggest each result of ‘L+ESCP’ and its application in military. But it has limitation because the range of research comparing military drones and private drones isn't enough to suggest the military application of drones.
    And we should recognize that we need effort to overcome the limitation that I mentioned. First, establish concept of applications of drones in military. And supporting diverse drones to promote changes in military. So that scientists and experts try to applicate high technology to make drones for military using. And not only civil and military development in drones but also improving legislation is quite important. Because there are regulations that restrict using drones for safe and security. Finally it needs a control tower which can manage and promote development of drones in many ways.
    In conclusion, I wish the result of this thesis can help widening the range of using military drones to prepare the future war in order to get a final goal minimizing casualties in war. And also many organizations related government, business and academy keep trying to develop the application of drones in military.

    In this thesis, we can understand the future warfare and draw a conclusion that what we should prepare through analyzing necessity of unmanned weapon system, ‘L+ESCP’. And using those factors, I wanted to analyze diverse usage of Drones in military and civil life.
