나눔교육강사의 자원봉사 참여동기가 활동만족도에 미치는 영향 = The effect of volunteer participants' motivation in the philanthropic education program on their activity satisfaction

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This paper explored the effect of volunteer participants' motivation on activity satisfaction in the philanthropic education program. For this study, the materials were collected via circulating a questionnaire about the utilizing satisfaction and the participation motive to 102 participants in philanthropic education. This nationwide questionnaire was conducted by Community Chest of Korea. The result of analysis was confirmed that there was a significant difference according to age, location, academic background, religion, marital
status and average monthly income which are variables in sociology of population. Except for the efficacy satisfaction, the volunteer participants' motivation has a significant influence statistically on satisfaction of philanthropic education activity, volunteer and integration. This suggests that we have to consider the volunteer participants' motivation to elevate the satisfaction of philanthropic education activity. In this context, this paper suggests that management plans to heighten the effectiveness of philanthropic education are as follows: 1. recruitment of philanthropic education instructors motivated in volunteering, 2. development of the motivated volunteering enhancement program, 3. offering of various incentives for maintaining continuity of volunteering, 4. substantiality of retraining for empowerment of philanthropic education instructors.
