어머니의 양육신념 및 양육행동이 걸음마기 아동의 사회적 위축 및 공격성에 미치는 영향 = Mother's parenting beliefs and parenting behavior effects on social withdrawal and aggression in toddler group for children

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between mother's parenting beliefs and parenting behavior and toddler group for children's social withdrawal and aggression, mother's parenting beliefs and parenting behaviors are seeing out the impact on the social withdrawal and aggression in children with systemic. To do this, we use the questions to target the mother District of 379 people based in the toddler group children attending daycare centers in Seoul D sphere were collecting data.
In this study, Luster 'parents beliefs investigation (PBS; Parental Beliefs Survey)' (1985) to measure the mother's parenting beliefs were used as a measure of adaptation to gimmijeong (2001), parenting behaviors anjiyoung (2001) Development one measure and Lawton, Schuler, Fowell and Madsen (1984) of the 'Parenting Behavior Q-sort' was measured by using a scale adapted to modify ‧. Children's social withdrawal and aggression Achenbach and Edelbrock (1981) of the toddler group for children's behavior checklist (CBCL; Child Behavior Checklist for Toddlers) in the toddler group for children to prevailing behavioral problems of social withdrawal and aggression factor only extracted bakbogyeong (2011) it was measured using a scale. For data analysis of the research question, the product-moment correlation coefficient was calculated between the variables, t test and regression analysis were performed.
The major findings of this study are as follows.

The result of the mother's parenting beliefs parenting behaviors are investigating the relative impact on the aggressiveness of the child, while nurturing the belief of the mother does not affect the aggressiveness of the child, the mother's social emotional development, self-encouragement, controlling parenting behaviors to aggressionIt had a significant impact. The higher the mother's social emotional development, controlling parenting behaviors, lower self-encouraging parenting behaviors, aggression in children were higher. The results of this study emphasize the importance of parenting behavior of mothers in understanding the problem of maladjusted children toddlers group. This study provides baseline data that can be utilized with the contents of parent education from nursery site and its significance, suggesting that utilize the mother's parenting as a key component of parental education

논 문 개 요

본 연구의 목적은 어머니의 양육신념 및 양육행동과 걸음마기 아동의 사회적 위축 및 공격성 간의 관계를 살펴보고, 어머니의 양육신념 및 양육행동이 아동의 사회적 위축 및 공격성에 미치는 영향력을 체계적으로 알아보는데 있다. 이를 위해 서울시 D구에 위치한 어린이집에 다니는 걸음마기 자녀를 둔 어머니 379명을 대상으로 질문지법을 사용하여 자료를 수집하였다.
본 연구에서는 어머니의 양육신념을 측정하기 위해 Luster(1985)의 ‘부모신념조사(PBS; Parental Beliefs Survey) ’를 번안한 김미정(2001)의 척도를 사용하였고, 양육행동은 안지영(2001)이 개발한 척도 및 Lawton, Schuler, Fowell과 Madsen(1984)의 ‘Parenting Behavior Q-sort’를 번안‧수정한 척도를 사용하여 측정하였다. 아동의 사회적 위축 및 공격성은 Achenbach와 Edelbrock(1981)의 걸음마기를 위한 아동행동체크리스트(CBCL; Child Behavior Checklist for Toddlers)에서 걸음마기 아동에게 흔히 나타나는 문제행동인 사회적 위축 및 공격성 요인만을 추출한 박보경(2011)의 척도를 사용하여 측정하였다. 연구문제에 따른 자료 분석을 위하여, 변인들 간의 적률상관계수를 산출하였고, t검증과 회귀분석을 실시하였다.
본 연구의 주요결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다.
첫째, 어머니의 양육신념 및 양육행동과 아동의 사회적 위축 및 공격성 간의 관계를 살펴보면, 먼저 어머니의 양육신념과 아동의 사회적 위축 및 공격성 간의 관계에서 어머니가 과다 애정 경계 양육신념을 높게 가지면 아동의 공격성이 높게 나타나고, 언어 자극 중시 신념을 적게 가지면 사회적 위축이 높게 나타났다. 또한, 어머니의 양육행동과 아동의 사회적 위축 및 공격성 간의 관계에서는 어머니가 신체발달 양육행동을 많이 하면, 아동의 사회적 위축과 공격성이 낮게 나타나고, 인지발달 양육행동을 많이 하면, 공격성이 낮게 나타났다. 일반적 양육행동에서는 적극적 참여, 자율 격려 양육행동을 많이 하면 아동의 사회적 위축과 공격성이 낮게 나타나고, 방임적 허용 양육행동을 많이 하면 아동의 사회적 위축과 공격성이 높게 나타났다.
둘째, 어머니의 양육신념과 양육행동이 아동의 사회적 위축 및 공격성에 미치는 상대적 영향력을 살펴 본 결과, 어머니의 양육신념은 아동의 사회적 위축에 영향을 미치지 않는 반면, 어머니의 자율 격려, 방임적 허용 양육행동은 사회적 위축에 영향을 미쳤다. 어머니의 자율 격려 양육행동이 낮을수록, 방임적 양육행동이 높을수록, 아동의 사회적 위축이 높게 나타났다. 한편 어머니의 양육신념과 양육행동이 아동의 공격성에 미치는 상대적 영향력을 살펴 본 결과, 어머니의 양육신념은 아동의 공격성에 영향을 미치지 않는 반면, 어머니의 사회정서발달, 자율 격려, 통제 양육행동은 공격성에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 어머니의 사회정서발달, 통제 양육행동이 높을수록, 자율 격려 양육행동이 낮을수록, 아동의 공격성이 높게 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 걸음마기 아동의 부적응 문제를 이해하는데 있어서 어머니의 양육행동의 중요성을 강조하였다. 본 연구는 보육현장에서 부모교육의 내용으로 활용할 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하는데 그 의의가 있으며, 어머니의 양육행동을 부모교육의 주요 구성요소로 활용할 것을 시사한다.
