      This study dealt with the consistency of the interviewers’ ratings for the track of general transcripts of school records or admission officer system in GNU. We tried to measure the agreement of the interview assessment system and proposed some suggestions to improve the reliability. The data used were the interview assessment data of the track of general transcripts of school records (or admission officer system) for the years 2013 – 2015. The agreement measures adopted were ICC, Kirippendorff’s α and Kendall’s W. For ICC and Krippendorff’s α, about 50% of groups were classified to the low agreement category, while for Kendall’s W about 10% of groups were classified to that category.
