유기불안이 관계중독에 미치는 영향: 부적응적 정서조절방략의 매개효과 = The relationship between Abandonment Anxiety and Relationship Addiction: Mediated by Maladaptive Emotion Regulation Strategies

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 대학생의 유기불안이 관계중독에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 부적응적 정서조절방략의 매개효과를 알아보는데 있다. 이를 위해 전라북도에 소재한 C대학에 재학 중인 이성관계 경험이 있는 대학생 360명에게 유기불안, 정서조절방략, 관계중독 질문지를 실시하였고 불성실한 자료를 제외한 348(남학생: 131, 여학생: 217)명의 자료를 분석하였다. 연구가설 검증을 위해 SPSS 18.0을 사용하여 모든 변인들의 상관을 분석하였으며, AMOS 18.0을 사용하여 매개효과를 검증하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유기불안은 부적응적 정서조절방략, 관계중독과 정적상관이 있었으며, 부적응적 정서조절방략과 관계중독도 정적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유기불안과 관계중독과의 관계에서 부적응적 정서조절방략이 부분매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구가 갖는 의의와 제한점 및 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 논하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study was to examine mediating effects of maladaptive emotion regulation strategies in relation of abandonment anxiety and relationship addiction. The total of 360 Chonbuk university students with previous experience of romantic relationship completed measure of Abandonment Anxiety Scale, Emotion Regulation Strategy Questionnaire, Relational Addiction Questionnaire and analyzed 348(Male 131, Female 217) data, except for insincerity data. The data was examined to verify study model using SPSS 18.0 for basic statistic analysis, using AMOS 18.0 verify mediating effects. The results were as follows. first, abandonment anxiety, maladaptive emotion regulation strategies and relationship addiction showed positive correlation. second, maladaptive emotion regulation strategies was partially mediated the relationship between abandonment anxiety and relationship addiction. Finally, the significance and limits of this study and suggestions for next research were discussed.
