청소년 우울에 영향을 미치는 위험요인과 보호요인에 관한 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 청소년 우울에 영향을 미치는 위험요인과 보효요인을 분석하기 위하여 선행연구를 바탕으로 공격성, 부정적 양육방식, 휴대전화 의존도를 위험요인으로, 교우관계를 보호요인으로, 성별과 삶의 만족도를 통제변수로 설정하였다. 우울의 위험요인을 감소시키고 보호요인을 강화시키는 양방향적인 접근을 제시하여 보다 효과적인 청소년의 우울 예방안을 마련하는데 그 목적이 있다. ‘한국아동 · 청소년패널조사2010’ 중학교 1학년 패널의 2013년도 4차 패널조사 데이터를 사용하였으며, 연구대상은 결측값을 제외한 2,108명이다. 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS Statistics 21.0 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도, 백분율, 기술통계, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 독립표본 t검정 분석, 일원배치 분산분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석 방법을 시행하였다.
연구 결과 우울과 관련한 변수들 간 유의미한 상관관계를 보이고 있었고, 청소년 우울의 위험요인은 공격성, 부정적 양육방식, 휴대전화 의존도로 나타났으며, 보호요인은 교우관계로 나타났다. 전체 변수 중 공격성의 영향력이 가장 크게 작용하고 있었다. 또한, 성별을 나누어 분석한 결과 여자청소년의 경우 보호요인으로 설정한 교우관계가 오히려 위험요인으로 나타났다. 이는 남자청소년에 비해 관계중심적인 여자청소년의 특징에 의한 것으로 보인다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 청소년의 우울을 예방하고 치료하는데 도움을 줄 수 있도록 제언을 하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In this study, analyzed the risk factors and protective factors affecting adolescents' depression on the basis of previous studies. Aggression, negative parenting style, mobile phone dependence were set up as risks factors, and friendships were set to protective factors, gender and life satisfaction were set as control variables. This study present two-way approach which decreasing depression’s risks factors and stiffening protective factors, and that aims to establish more effective prevention of adolescents' depression. An object of this study is a middle school freshmen group, and this group is 2,108 research subject of phase 4 data of ‘Korea Youth Panel Survey 2010’. The study used a program IBM SPSS Statistics 21.0 to analyze these data, analysis method is analysis of frequency, percentage, descriptive statistic, factor analysis, reliability analysis, t-test for independent samples, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis.
As a result of the study, factors affecting adolescents' depression show correlation that has a positive and negative effect on each other, and risk factors affecting adolescents' depression are aggression, negative parenting style, mobile phone dependence and protective factors are friendships. Aggression, one of all factors affecting adolescents’ depression, has the most influence. And analyzed results of dividing the gender, case of female adolescents show friendships are a risk factor, not a protective factor. It seems to be due to relation focused characteristics that female adolescents have it more than male. These results were based on suggestions to help prevent adolescents’ depression and cure.
