정서표현 양가성이 대인관계문제에 미치는 영향 : 기본 심리적 욕구 만족의 매개효과 = The Effect of Ambivalence over Emotional Expressiveness on Interpersonal Problems : The Mediating Effect of Basic Psychological Needs Satisfaction

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 정서표현 양가성과 기본 심리적 욕구 만족, 대인관계문제와의 관계를 살펴보고, 정서표현 양가성과 대인관계문제와의 관계에서 기본 심리적 욕구 만족의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 경기도 소재 대학생 및 성인 418명을 대상으로 정서표현 양가성, 기본 심리적 욕구 만족, 대인관계문제를 측정하였고, 변인들과의 관계를 분석하기 위하여 상관분석과 회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 매개효과를 확인하기 위해 구조방정식 모형을 검증하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 상관분석 결과 정서표현 양가성은 대인관계문제와 유의미한 정적상관을 보였고, 기본 심리적 욕구 만족은 정서표현 양가성, 대인관계문제와 부적상관을 보였다. 둘째, 정서표현 양가성의 두 하위요인인 자기방어적 양가성과 관계관여적 양가성, 그리고 기본 심리적 욕구 만족의 세 하위요인인 자율성, 유능성, 관계성이 대인관계문제에 미치는 영향력을 확인해 본 결과 자기방어적 양가성, 자율성, 관계성이 대인관계문제에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 정서표현 양가성과 대인관계문제의 관계에서 기본심리적 욕구의 매개효과 모형을 검증한 결과 기본 심리적 욕구 만족은 정서표현 양가성과 대인관계문제의 관계를 부분매개 하는 것으로 나타났다. 끝으로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점, 향후 연구방향을 기술하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effect of basic Psychological needs satisfaction on the relationship between ambivalence over emotional expressiveness and interpersonal problems. For this purpose, 418(141 males, 277 females) college students and ordinary people in Gyeonggi-do completed questionnaires designed to measure ambivalence over emotional expressiveness, basic psychological needs satisfaction and interpersonal problems. The results of this study were as follows. First, the ambivalence over emotional expressiveness positively correlated with the interpersonal problems while the basic psychological needs satisfaction negatively correlated with the ambivalence over emotional expressiveness, the interpersonal problems. Second, 'self-defensive AE', subfactor of ambivalence over emotional expressiveness, and the needs for autonomy, relatedness, subfactor of basic psychological needs satisfaction, exerted the influence upon interpersonal problems. Third, structural equation modeling analyses show that the basic psychological needs satisfaction had partial mediation effect on the relationship between the ambivalence over emotional expressiveness and the interpersonal problems. Finally, implications of the findings and limitations of this study with further suggestions for future research were discussed.
