지역농협의 여성복지사업에 대한 인식 연구 : 벽제농협 여성조합원을 중심으로 = The Welfare of its Women members: Focusing on Byeok-Je Nonghyup

There is no denying that cooperative, women's right and social welfare are supposed to have been hot topics in our society. In this context this research, which mainly centered on Byeok-Je Nonghyup, reviewed the female welfare services carried into effect by Nonghyup and analyzed their general satisfaction felt by women members. This paper used data in the questionnaires personally circulated to the women members of 109, in Byeok-Je Nonghyup, June 2013. Based on the result of this survey, debates were under way through a Crosstab analysis and Ordered Logit Model.
The result of Crosstab revealed that a majority of women members had great satisfaction of welfare projects on the whole which Byeok-Je Nonghyup provided. In addition, it showed that the more actively a women member uses the services of Nonghyup, the higher her awareness and satisfaction is in welfare services by departments. It was also identified that they need the extension of pension and the right to receive health insurance coverage as well as supporting programs to obtain side jobs and certificates.
The analysis result of Ordered actual proof, on the other hand, demonstrated that the product development to extend pensionable right, farming assistant system, and the availability of Nonghyup, including the satisfaction of government-led projects for women farmers, have a close correlation with the satisfaction of Nonghyup-led welfare services.
