고등학생의 분노표현방식과 사회적지지가 심리적 부적응에 미치는 영향

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 고등학생의 분노표현방식(분노통제/분노억제/분노표출)과 사회적지지(가족/또래/교사 지지)가 심리적부적응 행동(내재화 문제행동(위축, 우울/불안, 신체화 증상)/외현화 문제행동(비행, 공격성))에 미치는 영향을 확인함으로써 고등학생이 나타내는 심리적부적응 행동의 원인을 알아보고, 이와 관련된 개인 및 환경적 변인에 대한 기초 자료를 제시하여 학교나 상담현장에서 교육 및 예방을 위한 시사점을 제공하고자 한다.
본 연구를 위해 설정한 연구문제는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 성별에 따라 분노표현방식과 심리적 부적응 유형은 차이가 있는가?
둘째, 분노표현방식과 사회적지지 및 심리적 부적응 유형의 상관관계는 어떠한가?
셋째, 분노표현방식과 사회적 지지가 심리적 부적응 유형에 미치는 영향은 어떠한가?
넷째, 분노표현방식과 사회적 지지가 심리적 부적응 유형에 미치는 상대적 영향력은 어떠한가?
연구대상은 서울시 은평구에 소재하고 있는 2개 고등학교 1,2학년 학생 365명이었으며, 남학생이 162명(44.4%), 여학생이 203명(55.6%)이었다.
본 연구에서 사용한 측정도구는 분노표현척도(Anger Expression Inventory-Korean version: AXI-K), 사회적지지 척도, 심리적부적응 척도이며, 분석 시에는 SPSS(Statistical Package for the Social Science) WIN 18.0 프로그램을 사용하였다.
또한, 각 연구주제에 따른 분석방법으로는 성별에 따른 분노표현방식과 심리적 부적응의 차이를 알아보기 위해 독립표본 t-test (Independent samples t-test), 각 변인들 간의 상관관계를 알아보기 위하여 상관관계 분석(Pearson's Correlation Analysis), 분노표현방식과 사회적 지지가 심리적 부적응에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위하여 다중회귀 분석(Multiple Regression Analysis)을 실시하였다.
본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다.
첫째, 분노표현방식(분노통제/분노억제/분노표출)에 있어서 성차가 나타나지 않았으며, 심리적 부적응 유형에 있어서는 내재화 문제행동(위축, 우울/불안)은 여학생이 높았으며, 외현화 문제행동(비행, 공격성)은 성차가 없는 것으로 나타났다.
둘째, 분노표출 및 분노억제는 내재화 문제행동, 외현화 문제행동과 정적인 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났고, 가족, 또래, 교사지지는 내재화 문제행동, 외현화 문제행동과 부적인 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
셋째, 분노표현방식 중 분노표출 및 분노억제를 많이 할수록 내재화 문제행동과 외현화 문제행동이 증가하였고, 두 가지 요인 중에는 분노억제가 더 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
사회적지지 중 가족지지와 또래지지를 많이 받을수록 내재화 문제행동이 감소하였고, 가족지지를 많이 받을수록 외현화 문제행동이 감소하는 것으로 나타났다.
넷째, 분노표현방식과 사회적 지지가 내재화 문제행동에 미치는 상대적 영향력에서는 분노억제, 가족지지, 또래지지, 분노표출 순으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 분노표현방식과 사회적 지지가 외현화 문제행동에 미치는 상대적 영향력에서는 분노표출, 분노억제, 가족지지 순으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
본 연구 결과는 고등학생의 심리적 부적응행동에 영향을 미치는 변인으로서 분노표현방식과 사회적지지를 설정하여 각각이 심리적 부적응행동에 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인하였다.
환경적 자원이라고 인식하는 사회적지지가 심리적 부적응에 미치는 영향이 크다는 것을 통해 고등학생의 심리적 부적응행동 감소를 위해 사회적 지지가 필요함을 시사하며, 또한 고등학생의 내적 요인인 분노표현방식이 심리적 부적응에 영향을 미치므로 올바른 분노표현방법을 배울 수 있도록 교육적 개입을 요구하는데 중요한 시사점을 제공한다.

In this study, a high school student representation of anger (anger-control / anger-out/ anger-in) and social support (family / peer / teacher support), psychological maladjustment behaviors (internalizing problem behaviors (withdrawal, depression / anxiety, somatization) / externalizing problem behaviors (flight, aggression)) to determine the impact of psychological maladjustment represented by high school students to find out the cause of action, and related personal and environmental variables based on data presented by the school or counseling implications for education and prevention in the field intended to provide.
For this study the problem set by the research are as follows.
First, the method according to gender and psychological maladjustment type of anger expression differences are there? Second, anger, and social support and representation of the correlation between psychological maladjustment type like? Third, social support, anger expression system and the impact of psychological maladjustment type like? Finally, social support, anger expression method and the relative influence of psychological maladjustment What is the impact on the type?
Study is based in Seoul, Eunpyeong 365 people were in high school students in grades 1, 2, male students 162 (44.4%), female students 203 people (55.6%), respectively.
Measurement tools used in this study are Anger Expression Inventory (Anger Expression Inventory-Korean version: AXI-K), Social Support Scale, a measure of psychological maladjustment, and at the time of analysis SPSS WIN 18.0 program was used.
In addition, the analytical method for each research topic is how gender and psychological maladjustment expressed anger to see the difference between independent sample t-test, for each variable in order to study the correlation between any relationship analysis (Pearson's Correlation Analysis), social support, anger expression system and the impact of psychological maladjustment multiple regression analysis to examine (Multiple Regression Analysis) was performed.
The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, the representation anger did not appear in the gender, type of psychological maladjustment problem comes internalized behaviors (withdrawal, depression anxiety), the girls were high, externalizing problem behaviors (flying, aggression), the sex difference was not significant. Second, anger, and anger is internalized behavior problems, externalizing behavior problems and static appeared to be correlated, family, peers, teachers, support is internalizing behavior problems, externalizing behavior problems by correlating and Talismans, respectively. Third, the representation of anger and a lot of anger and more anger and internalizing problem behaviors increased externalizing behavior problems, anger during the two factors that influence the larger. Of social support, family support and peer support to get a lot more internalizing problem behaviors decreased and get a lot of support from family more externalizing behavior problems decreased. Fourth, the social support system and internalizing anger expression, on its relative influence of behavior problems in anger, family support peer support, and influence the order of anger appeared, and social support, anger expression system and externalizing problem behavior among the relative influence of anger, anger suppression, and family support in order of influence.
