사무엘스의 개념에 따른 대학기록물의 수집과 활용의 유기적 상관관계

The university can be considered to be the place to simultaneously reflect the past and the present and predict the future. The archives produced there are data that help comprehend all the university history at a glance. Accordingly, the university's systematic archives management is not limited to a university and becomes important resources that can show a society and an era. In spite of the importance, university archives are not properly managed. Based on this sense of the problems, this study emphasized the selection stage of a subject to record, the first stage of Samuels' documentation strategies and investigate the organic correlation of the collection and utilization of university archives.

본 연구는 대학기록물의 수집과 활용의 유기적 상관관계를 밝히고 이를 체계화하고자 하였다. 사무엘스의 개념에 주목하여 대학기록물의 수집과 활용의 유기적 상관관계를 살펴보았다. 이를 위하여 먼저 사무엘스의 개념을 정리해봄으로써 대학기록에 대한 개념을 검토해 보았다. 이어서 사례분석대상 기관의 수집과 활용의 현황을 살펴보고 이에 기초하여 수집과 활용의 상관관계를 체계화하는 방안을 제안하였다.
