원저우민간금용에관한연구 : A Study of Wenzhou Private Finance

Wenzhou is the fastest-growing region with the development of private enterprises, it has large-scale private finance. Over the years, Wenzhou private finance has played a role in promoting private economic development, promoting small and medium enterprises, expanding financing channels for society and making up for lack of formal finance. At the same time, private financial development has also brought some negative effects, private financial market riskshave often occurred. So people began to realize the rationality and the positivepractical significance of the existence of the private finance, call for the legalizationof private finance as soon as possible and regulate guidance.
This paper studies Wenzhou private finance, mainly reveals private financialcontribution to economic development from the process of financial development inWenzhou, and finds its current problems and difficulties by analyzing the impact offinancial factors, then makes relevant suggestions. Purpose of the study is to exploresuggestions which promote the regulate development of Wenzhou private finance, sothat it canplay a greater role in the development of national economy in Wenzhou,The full text mainly consists of five parts:
The first part is an introduction. Itdescribes the research background, rationale, and researchideas and research methods.
The second part introduces the profile of Wenzhou private finance, including conceptdefinition of Wenzhou private finance, the formation and development, and a varietyof operation forms, and explores the funnction of private finance onpromoting economic growth in Wenzhou by theoretical and empirical analysis. so asto arrive for the contribution of private finance to promote economic development.
The third part explores the problems encountered by Wenzhou private finance, and adapts new measures to regulate private financial development.
The fourth part analyzes three factors of Wenzhou private financefrom monetary policy, private market development, and the attitude of governmentdepartments.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

원저우민간기업의개발인데가장빠르게성장하고있는지역이고큰민간융자도있다.수년에걸쳐, 원저우민간금융은민간경제의발전촉진에큰역할을해주었다.중소기업의발전을촉진하여,사회자금조달채널의확장과부족공식적인재정을보완했다.한편,민간금융의발전은몇가지부정적인영향도가져왔다.때로는민간금융시장위험이발생도있다.따라서, 민간과이성적은긍정적인현실의미가있다고인식되고,금융:민간금융의합법화라고한다.그리고규범을가능한한빨리지친다.
이연구는원저우민간금융및경제개발에민간금융의공헌을보여준다.원저우에서금융산업개발프로세스의문제와어려움을발견하고금융요인분석에의해해당제안서를제출했다.본연구의목적은탐구적인제안이다.원저우는국민경제개발에더큰역할을할수있도록원저우민간금융발전의규제를촉진한다.텍스트는네부분으로나누어져있다：
