대학 및 프로 농구선수의 심판판정 인식이 경기에 미치는 영향 = The influence of the referee judgment recognition in college and professional basketball player

The present study aims at clarifying the impact of fairness, promptness. Consistency reliability of the refereeing in this game, according to the personal characteristics of college and professional basketball player and verification, the differences in perception of the refereeing. Male athletes who took part in the basketball tournament held in 2012 for various college and professional team of convenience sampling method, for a total of 220 people were selected, of which all except the stale content 17 response from the department to research materials as a target of 203 reliability analysis, multiple regression analysis, correlation analysis and variate Member analysis suggests the following conclusions.

This research is limited to studies conducted by college and professional basketball player. Other environmental factors such subjects perceived for the refereeing can receive feedback. Therefore chosen to target a wide range of research in the future in order to overcome the limitations on the sampling target and more empirical research needs to be added will.
This study, college and professional basketball players to qualify for the study. A study on the perception of this for other environmental factors are judged according to the award can receive a variety of opinions about it. 국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 대학 및 프로 농구선수들의 개인적 특성에 따른 심판판정의 인식차이를 검증하고, 공정성․신속성․일관성․신뢰성의 심판판정이 경기에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2012년에 개최된 각종 농구대회에 참가한 대학팀 및 프로팀 남자선수 중에서 편의표집방법으로 총220명을 선정하였고, 이 중에서 응답내용이 부실한 17부를 제외한 총203명의 자료를 연구대상으로 삼아 신뢰도분석, 일원변량분석, 상관관계분석 및 다중회귀분석을 통해 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다.
첫째, 농구 심판판정의 인식은 개인적 특성인 포지션과 역할에 따라서는 공정성, 신속성, 일관성, 신뢰성에 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았지만, 최근 성적에 따라서는 공정성과 신속성에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다.
둘째, 농구 심판판정에 대한 인식요인을 독립변인으로 선수들의 경기운영에 미치는 영향을 종속변인으로 하였을 때, 심판판정 인식의 하위요인인 신뢰성이 경기운영에 가장 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 다음으로는 신속성이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
셋째, 농구 심판판정에 대한 인식요인을 독립변인으로 선수들의 경기력에 미치는 영향을 종속변인으로 하였을 때, 심판판정 인식의 하위요인인 신속성이 경기력에 가장 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 그 다음으로는 일관성이 경기력에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
본 연구는 대학 및 프로 농구선수들을 대상으로 한정하여 연구를 진행하였다. 이에 연구대상자가 지각하는 다른 환경요인들에 따라 심판판정에 대한 다양한 의견이 나타날 수 있다. 따라서 표집대상에 대한 제한점을 극복할 수 있도록 향후에는 광범위한 연구대상을 선정하고 보다 실증연구가 추가되어야 하겠다. 그리고 본 연구에서 측정도구를 설문지로 제한하였는데, 실제적으로 연구의 정확성을 높이기 위해서는 설문지와 함께 현장검증 및 관찰법 또는 선수 및 심판면담 등도 병행하여 보다 구체적인 연구가 이루어져야 할 필요가 있겠다. 결국에는 이러한 연구를 통해서 심판판정에 대한 농구선수들의 불신이 없어질 수 있으며, 심판들의 재교육 등을 통해 앞으로 농구경기의 활성화가 계속 진행될 수 있을 것이라고 여겨진다.
