      Mother's parenting effectiveness and coaching capabilities are very important variables that influence children’s development. This study will be focused on what kind of influence can occur by mother’s parenting effectiveness and coaching capabilities in the interactive relationship with children, and will provide the fundamental data to enhance the healthy development of children and the quality of interaction between mother and children.
      The study subjects are as follows;
      1. What is mother’s parenting effectiveness and coaching capabilities, recognition level of interaction with children?
      2. What is mother’s parenting effectiveness and coaching capabilities, recognition level of interaction with children based on the demographic variables?
      2.1. What is mother’s parenting effectiveness children based on the demographic variables?
      2.2. What is mother’s coaching capabilities children based on the demographic variables?
      2.3. What is mother’s interaction children based on the demographic variables?
      3. What is the impact of mother’s parenting effectiveness and coaching capabilities to interactive relationship with children?
      This study has been performed, targeting 291 mothers who have 3-5 year old children in nursery and kindergarten located in Seoul and Kyunggi province with the self-report type questionnaire research methodology. Collected data has been analyzed by the statistical package program ‘SPSS 18.0 for Windows’, and frequency analysis and percentage, average and standard deviation, t-test and One-way ANOVA has been executed and applied. In case there are some meaningful variances, the variances between groups have been identified by using Duncan’s post verification, and pearson’s VIF, Tolearance, hierarchical-regression analysis and multiple regression analysis have been executed.
      The conclusion of the study is as follows;
      Firstly, as a result of studying variance and mother’s nurture effectiveness, coaching capabilities, recognition level of interaction based on the demographic variables that are general background of mother’s, the age of children is higher, the level of positive attitude is higher, while mother’s age is higher, they feel more difficulties in bringing up their children, and the growth capabilities that are lower factor of the coaching capabilities are higher. Also, the education level of mother is higher, then nurture confidence, growth capabilities, and interaction is also higher, and if the income is low, then the nurture difficulties are also higher, and the coaching capabilities and interaction also have shown low level of variables mostly. The variance by occupation’s presence did not show.
      Secondly, as a result of studying the impact mother’s nurture effectiveness influences to interaction, the higher mother’s nurture confidence is, the higher interaction occurs mostly. Especially, positive interaction, and positive attitude that are lower factors have shown high.
      Thirdly, as a result of studying the impact mother’s coaching capabilities influence interaction, the higher the practice capabilities and communication capabilities that are lower factor of coaching capabilities are, the higher the level of interaction becomes. Studying more specifically by lower factor, the higher communication capabilities are, the higher positive interaction level is, and the higher growth capabilities are, the higher the level of language modeling is, and the higher the communication capabilities and growth capabilities are, the higher the level of social interaction enhancement is. Moreover, the higher the practice capabilities, communication capabilities, growth capabilities all are, the higher the level of positive attitude is.
      Therefore, as a result of studying impact mother’s nurture effectiveness and coaching capabilities influence the interactive relationship with children, coaching capabilities influence more to interaction than nurture effectiveness. There are variances by the area of interaction, however, the importance of coaching capabilities is recognized by lower factor.
      This study has verified the effectiveness how mother’s nurture effectiveness and coaching capabilities influence to interactive relationship with children. It has the consequences that this study suggests the major variables that help enhance interaction between mother and children, and provides the related data for the following studies for future.
