해군 장병들의 병영생활 스트레스와 심리적 부적응 : 아동양식의 매개효과 = Military Service Stress and Psychological Maladjustment : The Mediating Role of Child modes

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 해군 장병들의 병영생활 스트레스와 아동 도식양식이 이들의 심리적 부적응에 미치는 영향과 병영생활 스트레스와 심리적 부적응 간에 아동 도식양식의 매개효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 이러한 목적으로 해군에 근무하고 있는 348명의 장병들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다.
본 연구에서 나타난 결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 군 스트레스(근무환경, 대인관계, 개인신상)가 해군병사의 심리적 부적응에 정적인 영향을 미치고, 그 중 개인신상 스트레스가 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
둘째, 아동양식 중 충동적 아동양식, 성난 아동양식, 취약한 아동양식이 해군병사들의 심리적 부적응을 증가시키는 아동양식인 것으로 나타났다.
셋째, 행복한 아동양식이 해군병사들의 심리적 부적응을 감소시키는 아동양식으로 나타났다.
넷째, 해군병사들의 군 스트레스와 심리적 부적응 간의 관계에서 취약한, 분노한, 성난, 충동적, 비훈육 아동양식이 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다.
다섯째, 해군병사들의 군 스트레스와 심리적 부적응 간의 관계에서 행복한 아동양식이 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to find out which of the military service stress and the child modes can influence on the psychological maladjustment. And this study further examined the mediating role of child modes in the relationship between the military service stress and the psychological maladjustment. The data was collected from 348 military services in the navy.
The result follows:
First, the military service stress(work environment, personal relations, personal emotion) has the positive influence on the psychological maladjustment of military services and the personal emotion has been found by the best influence on it
Second, the Impulsive, the Angry and the Vulnerable Child mode among the Child modes has been found that increase the psychological maladjustment of military services.
Third, the Happy Child mode has been found that decreases the psychological maladjustment of military services.
Fourth, the Vulnerable, the enraged, the Angry, the Impulsive and the Undisciplined Child mode were found to do mediating roles in the relationship between the military service stress and the psychological maladjustment.
Fifth, the Happy Child mode was found to do mediating roles in the relationship between the military service stress and the psychological maladjustment.
