ABSTRACT
This thesis is starting from the concept of the tea and wine culture, the similarities and differences of the Chinese-Japanese wine culture and tea culture as the research object,use the comparative research methods, compare the wine culture and tea culture of Chinese and Japanese in all aspects. So that we can know better about the wine culture and tea culture of Chinese and Japanese. Through the differences of the wine and tea culture, we can also know some differences about two countries's society culture, in order to promote cultural exchanges between two countries. This thesis also discussed about the future development of the wine and tea culture in China.
This thesis starts with the description of the origin, development and characteristics of the wine culture in China and Japan in detail, and then analysised many aspects of the wine culture in two countries,such as the type of alcohol,drinking ways and drinking etiquette ect.and finally summed up the conclusion of the differences in the two countries wine culture.
From the social attributes of tea and wine culture to dissect the cultural differences between China and Japan,the thesis conducted a comparative study of various aspectsof the aesthetic appeal of the two countries, ways of thinking, values and national character and spirit. Even though there are many similarities and differences in wine and tea culture be tween China and Japan,they both belong to the essence of Oriental culture.Tea and wine culture is immortal.
