문학관 활성화를 위한 문학기록물 전시에 관한 연구 : 문학기록물 활용을 위한 전략을 중심으로

The literature records are writer's personal records, literary works, and records which are produced in the process of public activities, and they have a distinct historical value.
The literature museum is trying to offer a various exhibition programs by using literature records, but the literature museums don't perform a duty to manage their own purpose of exhibition due to the form of a simple display.
In order to perform the key functional role in the custody and exhibition of records, we have to recognize the importance of the exhibition and find a systematic and professional way.
For this study, Methods of Documentary Research and survey was conducted.
I examined the definition and type of literature records, meaning of literature records for the exhibition from the Methods of Documentary Research.
The survey was conducted for domestic literature museum, and general information, plan, progress, presentation, and evaluation of the exhibition were analyzed.
The analysis of exhibition cases show that there are no archival mission statement or policy statements, and the work on the principle of selection criteria was not in literature museum. Also, they lacked realistic understanding of visitors and had insufficient specialty in exhibition presentation. As with these findings and the research, for the betterment by using literature records is as follows:
First, the theme to be able to emphasize each record's peculiarity should be developed.
For this, the exhibition program should be stated in literature museum policy, and also, long-term planning based on those policies is needed.
Afterwards, by understanding of records' characteristics, the theme to be able to emphasize each record's peculiarity should be selected.
Second, the analysis of the visitors has to be enacted for the synergy effect of exhibition.
The preliminary and post survey that target visitors will affect on decision methodical exhibition plan that is focused on the visitors' eye level and future exhibitions.
Third, the uniformity and monotony of exhibition must be overcome by introduction of the expertise of exhibition presentation techniques. Diversification of records on display techniques, providing the moving line with story, various interpretations media, building online exhibition and so on allow us to achieve communication between records and visitors.
