Managing National Secrets is directly connected to national security, and it is a rightful obligation for the nation to designate data containing sensitive nature of information as secrets and govern them. Conducting these is necessary to pursue competitiveness and status outward, and secure people's stability inward. Therefore, even the most democratic country also designates some information as secrets when it is imperative for reasons of diplomacy, security, investigations or intelligence.
