STRATEGY PLANNING IMPROVING OF PATIENT CARE IN THANH HOA HOSPITAL OF PEDIATRICS

Researching internal and external factors affecting activities of examining and treating patients at Thanh Hoa hospital of pediatrics.
Planning development strategies of the hospital to meet the demands of examining and treating citizens at Thanh Hoa hospital of pediatrics.
The research subjects are Thanh Hoa hospital of pediatrics and some other hospitals of pediatrics in the neibouring provinces.
On the summary, the hospital has to set up a specific method of activities and submit the Ministry for approval to be performed following the Decree 43 CP. The hospital needs to plan generally to combine all the sources suitably, so that it can minimum costs.
