The demand of high quality human resource is increasing day by day, and Pharmaceutical and Medical Equipment Company Thanh Hoa is changing in order to meet this requirement and improve the effectiveness of management. From that point, this research evaluated the real situation of human resource quality in Pharmaceutical and Medical Equipment Company Thanh Hoa and tried to find out the main reasons of it. Human capital plays a crucial role in the process of economic development. And researcher have focused on exploiting and fully utilized existing human resources. So, one of the first task of enterprise management is making decisions in personnel matters in a scientific way, with emotion and rationality. It also means that managers should know how to recruit, how to use and keep the people. From there, create a workforce of sufficient quantity and good quality in order to bring prosperity to the company and contribute to the economic development of the country. Finally, some solutions to improve the quality of human resource was introduced.
