      The purpose of this study is to analyze the problems about Korean multicultural curriculum policies from colonialism's point of view. Korea society has two faces internalized colonialism and Korean multicultural curriculum policies have lack the criticized view of dualistic colonialism characteristics.
      One of the important tactics about colonialism is that to make colonies accept colonialism themselves. This method brings the situation which colonial control colonies easily.
      After World War II, it became post colonial society. However, colonialism was transferred to neocolonialism due to characteristics of colonialism were continued all over the society. Neocolonialism has reinforced cultural reproduction system and economical exploitation system through neoliberalism. Neocolonialism became more powerful after combined cultural reproduction system and economical exploitation system. Korea is involved in neocolonialism. After became independent country from Japan, the USA started control politics, economics, society and culture in Korea. This has brought neocolonialism to Korea. Combination of characteristics of colonialism and Korea's nationalism created dualistic internalized colonialism. Dualistic characteristics of colonialism is defined to internalize colonial discourses and neocolonialism at the same time. This means that Korea thinks the countries which have neocolonialism are better than itself and look down the countries which do not have. This paper analyzed the Korea multicultural curriculum policies form two faces colonialism's point of view. As a result, Korea has not had critical views about dualistic characteristics of colonialism. Due to lack of critical views, Korea will reproduce dualistic characteristics of colonialism. Muticultural members will get disadvantages in Korea society because existence of dualistic characteristics of colonialism. This unequality will reproduce classes and make multicultural members lower class in the society.
      Some efforts are required to be fair society without any connection of nationality, culture etc. Having critical views about dualistic characteristics of colonialism and unequality society can be one of the solution. This will change Korea to the real multicultural society.
