패턴설계와 치수체계 개선을 통한 인간공학적 비행복 설계 = Designing of ergonomic flight suit through developing pattern and size systematization

In this study, newly designed, reflecting pilots' body measurements, ergonomic flight suit was estimated the value of it's improvement by standardization on patterning and size-system with pilots' measurement data as research material.
This study contains analyze of design and Wearing characteristics, size development, new flight suit design and Wearing test of new flight suit. As a result of analyzing the current pattern of flight suit, it front-opened overall style which had a flat collar with rounded edges, two-pieced sleeves with lower height of the sleeve’s cap, 3cm-width belt on the waist and 8 pockets.
Wearing characteristics analysis is to investigate the problem and complaint of current flight suit derived with the questionnaires. The survey was carried out to the 563 aviators in an Air Force from July 28st-31th, 2009.
