The economic activities of highly educated women has increased due to rapid industrialization. Also, The exodus of young adults from agricultural areas became worse over time. We have seen many changes in our society.
Marriage is the one of the rapid changes in our society.
Most people would like to live in big cities. A small number of young adults are engaged in agriculture however; it is very difficult to find their spouses in the rural areas. Although the low-level of education adults who live in metropolis, it is very hard to get married with Korean women. Finally, they are concerned about foreign women.
That's the main reason why they want to get married. The causes of international marriage have not only Korea but also the countries that send women. Recently, the people of underdeveloped countries flow into the developed countries in order to stay more comfort. Therefore the governments of underdeveloped countries recognize the problems but they connive at the international marriages because of their economic gains. In addition, Agents of international marriage also take part of the reasons
There are many international marriage Agents in Korea. They have made a variety problems in Korea because they want to earn the money. The relevant regulations changed from reporting system to permit system.
There are around 490 women who live in Sang ju. In other words, there are about 490 multicultural societies have been living in Sang ju.
An enormous number of people have been living in Korea including immigrant workers. It is easy to see the foreigners and their children in traditional markets and streets. However, many women have been living in suffering because husbunds' incapacities, drinking alcohol, assaults, lack of intellectual capacity abuses of lack of sympathy, children's educations lack of parents-in-law's sympathy church of Sangju that I am currently in ministry also is same
These problems are problems of city of Sang ju and common dilemmas in our society. We are concerned about the problem that immigrant people want to. How do we make the happiness in their life? We are concerned about their happiness. so, we built the Sangju foreign school in July 2006
We built the Sangju foreign school in 2006. We recognized that mission is our goal. Therefore we were taken the authority of operation about "Sang ju multi cultural family supporting center" by Ministry for health, welfare and family affairs. It was the beginning of attending to our church but it is a very serious problem: how to teach about Good News to the immigrant people because of different religions, cultures, bud languages. We have tried some method to overcome obstacles and introduce the best way.
We have approached through sermon and education for people's attention and vision. so, We established a special committee. The first way is that preachers hand out sermon paper on Saturday afternoon before Sunday main chaple.
The second way is to help immigrant women's understanding by P.P.T. he third way is that hired a vietnamese preacher for Vietnamese women and also hired a preacher who had lived for along time in U.S.A for the Filipinos.. And we made a database material. As a results, We can not overcome the cultural barriers, language barrier but our continuing interests have changed their lives and converted their religions.. All this missions are not only Sangju church but also the whole country.
In other words, all churches in Korea have to join that kind of missions because it is very important mission in the world. This research is written by hoping my wishes that the moral of our lord will be fulfilled in whole churches in the world.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

급속한 첨단 산업화로 말미암아 고학력 여성들의 경제활동이 증가하였고 아울러 이농현상 또한 급격하게 진행되어 젊은이들이 대도시로 몰리는 현상을 낳았다. 이에 따라 사회는 많은 변화를 가져왔는데 그것이 바로 결혼 문화이다. 대부분의 청년들이 대도시로 빠져나가자 몇몇 젊은이들만 농사를 지으며 고향을 지키며 살아왔는데 문제는 가정을 이룰 적당한 짝을 찾기 힘든 분위기로 변해 버리고 말았다는 것이다. 뿐만 아니라 대도시에 있으면서도 교육 수준이 낮다든지 경제적인 여건이 좋지 못한 청년들 역시 국내에서 결혼하기가 힘든 분위기가 되었다. 결국 관심을 해외로 돌리게 되었는데 그것이 바로 국제결혼의 원인이 되었다.
국제결혼의 원인은 우리나라에만 있는 것이 아니라 신부를 송출하는 송출국의 낮은 경제적 여건도 한몫을 차지한다. 글로벌시대는 낮은 경제적 여건에 있는 나라가 선진국으로 유입하여 경제적 유익을 꾀하게 된다. 그러므로 송출국의 입장에서도 많은 문제점들을 인식은 하지만 경제적인 이익을 감안하여 거의 묵인하는 수준에 머물고 만다. 여기에 한몫 더 거드는 사람들이 바로 국제결혼중개업자들이다. 상업적인 목적으로 생겨난 국제결혼중개업자들은 우후죽순처럼 생겨나 많은 문제점들을
야기 시켰는데 근자에 와서는 신고제에서 허가제로 변경되었다.
이렇게 국제 결혼하여 한국에 들어온 결혼이주여성들의 수는 상주시만 하더라도 490여 명의 여성들이 살아가고 있다. 즉 490여 가정이 다문화 가족으로 살아가고 있다는 이야기가 된다. 외국이주노동자까지를 포함하여 전국적으로 본다면 실로 엄청난 숫자가 이 땅에 살아가고 있다. 이젠 길거리나 시장에서 외국인들과 그의 자녀들을 보는 것은 결코 신기한 일이 아니다.
그런데 문제는 이렇게 잘 살아 보겠다고 국제 결혼하여 한국에 들어왔지만 많은 여성들이 힘들게 살아가고 있다는 점이다. 남편의 경제적 무능력, 남편의 음주와 폭행, 남편의 지적능력 부족, 시부모의 이해부족으로 인한 언어폭력, 자녀교육 및 양육 문제까지 겹쳐 너무나 힘들게 살아가고 있다. 필자가 시무하고 있는 상주교회가 속한 지역에도 이러한 문제는 이젠 남의 일이 아니다. 이러한 문제는 우리가 살고 있는 상주시의 문제요 나아가 바로 우리의 공동의 일인 것이다. 그렇다면 어떻게 하면 이들이 꿈꾸고 온 대로 한국에서의 생활이 행복하고 즐거운 삶이 될 수 있을까 하는 문제를 고심하다 보니 세우게 된 것이 2006년 7월 상주교회 부설로 『상주외국인학교』라는 한글 교실을 세우게 되었다. 이것을 사명으로 알고 열심히 감당하다 보니 보건복지가족부로부터 『상주시다문화가족지원센터』운영권을 위탁받게 되었고 이것을 매개체로 하여 결혼이주여성들이 교회로 한 사람씩 출석하는 계기가 되었다. 그러나 문화가 다르고, 종교가 다르고, 언어의 장벽이 높은 다문화 가족 여성들에게 어떻게 복음을 올바르게 전달해야할까 하는 문제는 심각한 문제가 아닐 수 없다.
본 논문은 이러한 장애를 극복하고 이상적인 상황으로 나아가기위해 주일날 예배에 참석하는 이들을 위해 몇 가지 방법을 시도하여 보았다. 우선적으로 교인들의 관심과 비전을 공유하기위하여 설교와 교육을 통하여 접근하였고, 위원회를 만들어 적당한 방법을 강구하였다.
첫 번째 방법은 매주 토요일 오후 주일 낮 설교 원고를 미리 나눠주고 읽어 오게 한 다음 예배 후 서로 나눔으로 확인하는 방법.
두 번째 방법은 영상설교(PPT 설교)를 통한 이해 돕기를 시도해 보았고
세 번째 방법은 베트남 출신 여성들에게는 베트남 출신 교역자를 세워 설교하게 하였고, 영어로 소통이 가능한 필리핀 여성들에게는 미국에서 오래 거주하다 귀국한 사역자로 하여금 복음을 전하는 방법을 선택해 보았다.
그리고 이것을 설문조사하여 데이터로 뽑아 자료화 하였다. 그 결과 문화적인 장벽과 종교, 언어의 장벽을 온전히 극복할 수는 없었지만 거듭되는 관심과 사랑으로 말미암아 주님을 영접하게 되고 한 사람씩 변화의 삶을 지향해 나갈 수 있었다. 이러한 사역은 이제 필자가 시무하고 있는 상주교회에서 만의 사역이 아니요 전국이 다문화, 다 인종, 다 국적의 사회로 글로벌화 되어가고 있음을 인식한다면 전국교회가 다 함께 동참해야할 너무나 소중한 사역이라고 여겨진다. 그러한 의미에서 이 논문은 한 영혼을 귀히 여기시는 주님의 교훈이 이 땅의 교회들에게서 이루어지길 소원하는 마음으로 기술되었다.
