This study analyze stress factors of social psychology from social life and enhance understanding about stress situations of college students through the research on the actual condition about coping style. It may make better social environment through searching the relationship between stress factors and coping styles. Also, it cultivates each individual students' abilities to deal with stress for upright college life and helps to be a mentally healthy adult.
College students experience unrest, confusion, fear and depression, because they have repeated stress from lacks or absences of adequate ways deal with stress. It commonly lead escape actions as doping, drinking and leaving home.(Albert, 1991)
From this point of view, studying coping styles of stress is very meaningful for solve the stress of them efficiently in this serious college students' reality.
For the first chapter, it is roughly analyzed concepts and features of stress on college students who are panic in the rapidly changing socity.
For the second chapter, analyzed theoretical discussion about stress coping styles of college students.
For the third chapter, analyzed parts of individual character and environmental characteristic related with stress coping styles, and then derived controversial points and counter proposals.
For the fourth chapter, analyzed stress levels and coping styles stress coping styles stand on the study through the positive analysis, that is, apply to demographical characteristic. It presents guidelines who wants to study on stress of college students.
For the fifth chapter, organized the study and then presented the following conclusion. The study could achieve just quantitative investigation because of method character as survey.
There is a need to make quality study for recognizing what caused differences among these independent variables to college students.
It needs various relational studies.
Analyzing stress as several questions or factors is unreasonable.
medical, pedagogical, physical and so on it should raise the quality of study as finding more stress factors through various relational studies.
It needs to keep up this study.
It needs continuous studies that if there are some differences from a freshmen to seniors or there are some effects by the stress and stress coping styles of college days.
