태권도 지도자의 카리스마리더십이 선수들의 리더신뢰 및 진로결정수준에 미치는 영향

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구의 목적은 태권도 지도자의 카리스마리더십이 선수들의 리더신뢰 및 진로결정수준에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 데 있다. 연구대상은 대한태권도협회에 정식 선수등록 된 대학교에 재학 중인 태권도 선수이며, 최종분석에는 229명이 사용되었다. 연구의 목적을 달성하고자 질문지를 이용하였으며, 타당성과 신뢰성을 확보한 후 조사하였다. 자료처리방법은 단순 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 각 가설검증을 위한 유의수준은 α=.05에서 실시하였으며, 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다.
첫째, 태권도 지도자의 카리스마리더십은 리더신뢰에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미친다. 이는 카리스마리더십의 하위요인 중 모범적 행동, 집단정체성강조행동에 의해 이루어지는 것으로 분석되었다.
둘째, 선수들의 리더신뢰는 진로미결정에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미친다. 이는 리더신뢰에 의해 이루어지는 것으로 분석되었다.
셋째, 선수들의 리더신뢰는 진로결정에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미친다. 이는 리더신뢰에 의해 이루어지는 것으로 분석되었다.
넷째, 태권도 지도자의 카리스마리더십은 진로미결정에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미친다. 이는 카리스마리더십의 하위요인 중 기대 및 신뢰표현행동에 의해 이루어지는 것으로 분석되었다.
다섯째, 태권도 지도자의 카리스마리더십은 진로결정에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of the Taekwondo leaders’ charismatic leadership on the athletes’trust on the leaders and level of deciding their paths. The study subjects were the Taekwondo athletes registered officially to theKorea Taekwondo Association who are currently in college. In the final analysis, 229 were used. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, a questionnaire has been used. The research was conducted after acquiring adequacy and reliability. For the data processing, simple and multiple regression analysis were used. The significant level was set at α=.05 to verify the hypothesis and the results are as below.
First the charismatic leadership of the Taekwondo leaders has a positive(+) effect on the trust of the athletes on the leaders. It has been analyzed that this is done through subordinate factors of the charismatic leadership of exemplary behavior and behavior of emphasizing group identity.
Second, the trust on the leaders by the athletes has a positive(+) effect on deciding their paths. This is done through trust on the leaders.
Third, the trust on the leaders by the athletes has a positive(+) effect on deciding their paths. This is done through trust on the leaders.
Fourth, the charismatic leadership of Taekwondo leaders has a positive(+) effect on deciding paths. It has been analyzed that this is done through subordinate factors of the charismatic leadership of behavior of expressing expectation and trust.
Fifth, the charismatic leadership of the Taekwondo leaders did not have an effect on deciding paths.
