신품종 '설향'의 보급확대를 위한 우량자묘 안정생산 기반조성 = The superiority grave stability production base creation for the magnification on new article bell opinion direction.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 달기의 육묘과정에서 야기되는 토양전염성 병원을 차단함과 동시에 우량한 자묘를 생산하여 딸기의 생산력을 증대시키기 위한 배지의 선정 및 양액의 선정을 목적으로 하였다. 공시한 품종은 국내 육성품종인 ‘설향’으로 하였으며 다음과 같은 결과를 얻을 수 있었다.
1) 보수력은 PPV가 가장 높았고 배양상토가 가장 낮았으며, 기상은 PVC가 가장 높았다.
2) 배지의 EC 변화에 있어서 초기에는 NM에서 다소 높았고 PVC와 PPV간에는 차이가 없었지만, 시간의 경과에 따라 NM이 높고 PPV가 PVC 보다 상승하였다.
3) 육묘를 위한 모주의 재식에 사용하는 용기에 있어 플라워박스와 비닐백을　비교하였을 때, NM배지에서의 엽병장이나 엽폭장이 비닐백에서 뚜렷하게 호하였다.
4) 두 용기 모두에서 PPV와 PVC배지사이에 차이는 없었으나, 비닐백에서 다소 양호한 결과를 보였다.
5) 생육의 기준에서 엽병장의 신장을 측정하였을 때, NM에서 엽병장이 가장 길었고, PVC와 PPV간에는 유의성이 없었다. 배양액의 차이에서는 일본원시 용액이 효과적이었고 한국원시용액, 야마자키용액의 순이었다.
6) 관부의 굵기를 비교하였을 때, NM을 배지로 하고 야마자키용액을 이용하였을 때 양호한 생육을 하였으며, PPV배지에서는 일본원시를 사용하였을 때 가장 저조하였다.
7) 전체적으로 배지는 NM이 가장 양호하였고 PPV보다는 PVC에서 관부의 발달이 양호하였다.
8) 양액에 있어서는 야마자키용액이 어느 배지에서나 양호하였으며 한국원시 용액과 일본원시용액간에는 전체적으로 큰 차이를 보이지 않았다.
9) 뿌리의 발달에 있어서도 야마자키용액을 사용하였을 때 가장 양호하였고, 한국원 시용액보다는 일본원시용액이 다소 효과적이었다.
