북한 탄도미사일 및 핵무기 위협에 대한 우리군의 전략적 대응책 고찰 = A Study on the North Korea's Ballistic Missile and Nuclear Weapon Threat and Strategic Counter Measures Against it

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of our study is to view a development status of worldwide's ballistic missile and consider counter measures against North Korea's nuclear weapon and ballistic missile treat. The main treats of the Korean Peninsula classify the treat of North Korea and unspecified treat after unifying in the near future. We have to cope with those treats effectively. To do that, the Korea recognize a missile strategy and militant value and then they should take a measure to maximize the efficiency by combining of military strategy-developing technology-national defense policy effectively.
Without regulation limit of international and national, we take a measure of countermeasure strategy to confront the nuclear weapon and military force of ballistic missile and have to constitute an organization which employ long-distance shooting weapon system and universe system for realization of each army's goal and visions. We propose the best alternatives to taking in Korea's standpoint concerning the missile development as strategic arms as below.
First, we have to launch the developing of a missile within the range of MTCR and the regulation between U.S. and South Korea.
Second, we have to obtain the development ability of 1,500 km ballastic missile.
Third, we have to mass-produce and deploy the 1,500-km cruise missile preferentially and we have to proceed strategically.
Fourth, we have to develop the warhead and WMD for maximize the effectiveness of a ballistic missile and a cruise missile.
Fifth, we have to contribute the national economy through technological developments of a ballistic missile and a cruise missile.
Sixth, we have to propel the development a C4I system simultaneously because of guaranteeing the function of missile system smoothly.
Seventh, we have to establish a strategic commander to employ the strategic properties effectively.
