IT분야 특성화고등학교의 프로그래밍언어 교육과정 편성 및 운영방안 = Organization and Management of the Programming Language Curriculum in the specialized high school on IT

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 IT분야 특성화고등학교의 효율적인 프로그래밍언어 교육과정 편성 및 운영 방안을 제시하고자, 현재 운영되고 있는 IT분야 특성화고등학교의 프로그래밍언어 교육과정 편성 및 운영 방안에 관한 IT분야 특성화고등학교 교사들의 인식에 대해 고찰하였다.
IT분야 특성화고등학교의 운영 실태를 분석한 결과 2005년 4월 1일 현재 전국에 20개의 IT분야 특성화고등학교가 운영되고 있으며 대부분의 IT분야 특성화고등학교에서 보통교과에 비해 전문교과의 이수 단위가 높게 교육과정을 편성하고 있었다.
그리고 IT분야 특성화고등학교의 프로그래밍언어 교육과정 편성 및 운영에 관한 교사들의 인식 조사 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다.
첫째, IT분야 특성화고등학교에 근무하고 있는 교사들은 교육과정 편성 및 운영이 특성화고 운영 시 가장 중점을 두고 추진해야 할 분야라고 인식하고 IT분야 특성화고등학교 학생들의 전공기초 교육을 위하여 컴퓨터일반과 프로그래밍을, 전공심화 교육을 위하여 네트워크, 웹프로그래밍을 중점적으로 지도해야 하는 영역으로 인식하고 있었다.
둘째, IT분야 특성화고등학교의 전문교과 교사들은 IT분야 특성화고등학교에 입학당시 학생들의 IT 교과목에 관한 이해도와 프로그래밍언어에 관한 이해도는 낮은 것으로 인식하고 있었다.
셋째, IT분야 특성화고등학교의 전문교과 교사들은 IT분야 특성화고등학교의 프로그래밍언어 교육 시 주된 수업방식으로 일제학습 즉 교사 주도형 수업방식을 주된 수업방식으로 인식하고 있었으며, 프로그래밍언어의 교육목적은 교육 프로그래밍언어의 습득으로 인식하고 있다.
넷째, IT분야 특성화고등학교의 전문교과 교사들은 IT분야 특성화고등학교의 전문 교과 교사가 부족할 경우 유사과목 전공 교사를 일정기간 연수 후 활용하는 방안을 가장 선호하였으며 교사과정 이수와 관계없이 각 분야의 대학 전공자나 산업체 경력자를 채용하여 충원하는 방안도 긍정적으로 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to inquire into the recognition of the teachers working at specialized high school in IT department in order to offer the effective organization and management of the programming language curriculum .
As the result of analysing the actual condition of management in the specialized high school on IT, now, throughout the nation 20 specialized high schools on IT are being managed on April 1st in 2005 and most of the specialized high schools on IT organize the curriculum which has the higher completion unit in specialized course than that in regular course.
And the brief findings of this study were as follows:
First, The teachers working in IT field think that curriculum organization and the operation are the most important aspect when the specialized high school is managed. In addition, they regard computer generality and programming as the area to be instructed in priority for the basic of major. Also they realize that network and web programming should be focused for the professional course.
Second, they think that it is low for the students to understand the courses of IT and programming when the students enter the specialized high school.
Third, they think that the main teaching method is "teachers-leading" when they teach the programming language. And they see the purpose of the programming language as the acquirement of the programming language.
Finally, if the professional teachers in the specialized high school on IT are insufficient, they prefer to using the teachers of the similar major after the training and positively examine the plan to employ the person getting the degree in each field regardless of the completion of the teacher course and the experienced man in the industry.
