The moral education has to be something for helping maturity of students' smooth self-realization process by giving the opportunity of the proper learning and experience for habituating moral values of a wholesome sense of values and desirable human relations necessary for leading social community life and for cultivating moral attitude and character necessary for setting oneself rightly as an individual.The purpose of this paper is to provide the ways on how the students build up moral value properly on the basis of reflective thought of John Dewey. It is presented the real teaching-learning program to habituate moral values through reflective thoughts after studying the meaning of experiences and criterion of educational experiences, the sense and character of reflective thoughts, the purport of habituation by reflective thoughts, and texts in second grade by turns.The class for habituating moral values by reflective thoughts like this has the distinctive quality of learning way of habituating moral values uprightly by respecting the students' experiences in daily life and asking for oneself and putting into practice the precious experiences through reflective thought process.The way of class like this is to form their moral principles in autonomy through reflective though process on the ground of positiveness and spontaneousness of students themselves, and to promote to habituate for themselves on the ground of the already-formed moral principles.I come up with 4 programs such as filial duty , courteousness, proper and refined language, and 'moral is to practice' developed and applied teaching-learning programs of real value-habituation based on reflective thought of John Dewey.Arranging the teaching methods to cultivate habituation of moral value at both home and school on the foundation of the results of teaching-learning program, it can be indicated that there must be the surroundings together with family at home, parents' model above all for changing students' life of language correctly, their trust on school and teacher, and a warm-hearted authority in everyday life. We have to give the concrete moral principles by teaching at school, develope teaching-learning program that can habituate moral value, and show our students a firm belief and passion. In addition the teachers should create them a atmosphere to rise reflective thought process for themselves in class. It is required for teachers to make better quality and more effort in order to grow the students' experiences by reflective thought. After interpreting students' activities, The moral teachers know well their personal experiences on a variety of values in vivid or indirect experiences and have a role of offering the surroundings to make the students take an active part in school lesson by connecting learning activity and content as an expert. In conclusion, it can't be realized in a moment like acquiring knowledge to have an ability to value judgement or habituate moral values but can be achieved by learning experiences of long standing and ceaseless efforts. So it is very important to make an incessant effort to lead the students into the right path at home and school together.
