    It has passed 10years for EMV Standard to solve the problem for the credit transaction with M/S Card, but the credit transaction system through the online didn’t appear yet and in fact, the study related to that is also poor.
    In this thesis, for the application of EMV credit transaction, we deduced the problem we expected when we apply this to online system after analyzing the EMV credit transaction based on EMV 4.1, analyzing EMV credit transaction via off-line and analyzing the MS credit transaction system used in Online. To solve this problem, we suggest the “Payment Client” & “Payment Server” and for the security for the transaction of the above two systems, we suggested and realized the efficient key exchange mechanism for EMV credit transaction via Online.
    And also, we are certified that EMV credit transaction was done safety as the development of the online EMV credit transaction system based on IC Card with “Payment Client”, “Payment Server” and “Key Exchange Mechanism”.
    This thesis anticipates that the safety system for the credit transaction will be came out on the online as Implementation of the Key Exchange Mechanism to make the EMV credit transaction done successfully by the online via the study for the technology of the EMV credit transaction.
