황윤석(黃胤錫)의 서적필사(書籍筆寫)및 구입(購入)으로 본 경향(京鄕)간의 지식동향(知識動向) -1768년~1771년까지의 한양 생활을 중심으로- = The knowledge trend of Hanyang and country focused on Hwang Youn-sek(黃胤錫)`s activities of transcription and book purchase from 1768 to 1771

국문 초록 (Abstract)

『Yijaenango(이齋亂藁)』, which are 57-volumed diaries written by Yijae (이齋) Hwang Youn-sek(黃胤錫, 1729～1791) for 53 years, include partly the copies of others` books. The 4 years from 1768(40 years old) to 1771(43 years old) were special time in his life. At this period of life, He growed from a mere local educated person to an intellectual of great learning in the urban atmosphere of Hanyang. This article is focused on Hwang Youn-sek(黃胤錫)`s activities of transcription and book purchase from 1768 to 1771. And through his activities, I have studied his intellectual growth and the knowledge trend of Hanyang and country in this period. In the second chapter, I present a transcription list by year from 1768 to 1771, and analyse book rental routes and the features of book trans- cription list. Kim Yong-gyeom(金用謙) was a person who provided him with informations about new books and stimulated Hwang Younsek intel- lectually. Also he introduced him to Lee Hyeon-jik(李顯直) and Sim Yu- jin(沈有鎭) etc. In the third chapter, I present his book purchase list and purchase routes per year in this period. And compare intellectual atmospheres of Hanyang with those of country. The local scholars devoted themselves to the study of Confucian classics(經學) and the study of classic literature (詞章學) to pass the examination. But government officials of Hanyang were absorbed in learning widely by reading the books of Western Learning and encyclopedic books. Hwang Youn-sek was also absorbed in transcription and book purchase at this period of life. The knowledge trend of Hanyang must stimulate his mental activities.
