사회복지 전달체계 패러다임으로서의 거버넌스, 협영(協營)에 대한 이론적 탐색 = A Theocratical Exploration of Governance, as a Paradigm for Social Welfare Delivery

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Governance has been one of the mostly discussed concept in politics, public administration, and social policy area. This reflects multi-centred features of policy implementation and delivery system but, on the other side of the same coin, there are confusion in use as well as understanding of the concept. Therefore, different dimensions in use of the concepts are categorized including a governance as a dictionary word; reflecting multi-centred public policy implementation and delivery system; a paradigm different from previous ones. Then how this governance paradigm has been developed in historical context and what are similarities and differences are examined. This would provide useful implication for analysis and understanding of a range of reforms in delivery system in Korea, to which many programs with different paradigms are applied in a very short period.
