주의력결핍과잉행동장애 아동의 실행기능 향상 프로그램 적용 효과 = A Study on Effects of Executive Function Task Programs on Children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder have difficulties inhibiting and controlling multiple impulses from exterior environments. Also, they have very serious problems in self-control due to a lack of plan stablishment or working memory. Thus, the purpose of this research thesis is to develop programs adequate for children with ADHD to improve their problems in executive functions, and, apply such programs and test effects of such programs on children with ADHD. Subsequently, this research thesis conducted the pertained programs targeting two children with ADHD and their three peer children without ADHD. As the research methods, this
thesis tested validity of the pertained programs based on multiple baselines across subjects, for weekly 31 rounds, 3 times, from January 6th 2011 until March 15th 2011. The analytic research results are as below: First, the analytic outcome of the application of the pertained programs indicates that the reaction hours of the executive function task of children with ADHD have effective influences on such children. And the analytic outcome reveals that the reaction ratio of the executive function task of children with ADHD has effective influences on such children. Second, the analytic research outcome unveils that the pertained programs don't have effects on reducing problem disorders that children with ADHD have.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

주의력결핍과잉행동장애 아동은 외부 환경으로부터 들어오는 다양한 자극에 대한 억제와 통제에 어려움이 있다. 또한 계획수립이나 작업기억의 결함 등으로 인하여 심각한 자지조절에 어려움이 따르게 된다. 본 연구는 주의력결핍과잉행동장애 아동의 실행기능의 결함을 향상 시킬수 있는 프로그램을 적용해 봄으로써 실행기능의 완성도와 문제행동에 미치는 효과를 검증하고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 실행기능 향상 프로그램은 ADHD 아동 두 명과 일반 또래 아동 세명을 대상으로 적용하였다. 연구방법은 대상자간 중다기초선설계로 2011년 1월 6일부터 2011년 3월 15일 까지 매주 3회 총 31회기를 실시하여 봄으로써 프로그램의 타당도를 검증하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 실행기능 과제 완성도에 따른 반응시간과 정반응율은 실행기능향상 프로그램에서 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 프로그램은 ADHD아동의 인지기능 중 하나인 실행기능을 향상 시키는데 타당한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 실행기능 향상 프로그램은 ADHD 아동의 문제행동이 전체적으로 소폭 감소하는 것처럼 보이나 실행기능 향상 프로그램으로 인하여 ADHD 아동의 문제행동에는 효과가 있는 것으로 보기는 다소 어려움이 있다.
