상담자-피상담자의 정체성이 상담관계에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 = How the counselor and counselee`s identities influence the counseling relationship

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본고는 상담자나 피상담자가 가지고 있는 정체성이 그들의 상담에 어떠한 영향을 끼치게 되는 지를 논하였다. 상담자와 피상담자 간에 이루어지는 상담관계는 상담의 내용과 과정 그리고 그 결과까지도 결정지을 수 있는 주요한 요소임에 틀림없다. 상담이 있는 곳에는 반드시 상담관계가 있게 마련이다. 상담의 유형과 상담 상황에 따라 상담관계의 모습이 다를 수는 있지만, 상담관계가 생략된 상담은 있을 수 없다. 상담관계는 상담의 터전이며 동시에 상담의 성·패를 결정하는 요소로 작용하기도 한다. 상담의 효과를 탐색한 이전의 연구들은 상담관계의 영향력이 상담기법이나 기능에 비해 월등히 높다는 사실을 밝혀내고 있다. 상담관계는 상담자의 상담자로서의 자질과 그의 세계관과 인격 여하, 그리고 피상담자의 상태 및 그의 자기인식 여하에 좌우된다고 볼 수 있다. 이런 점에서 본 논문은 상담자와 피상담자의 정체성 여하와 이 두 사람간의 관계성이 목회상담에 어떤 의미를 내포하고 있는지를 논한 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This thesis examines the influence of the counselor or counselee`s identity on the counseling relationship. The counseling relationship between the counselor and counselee is very important factor which can decide the substance, process and result of the counseling. It is natural occurrence that a relationship is made during the counseling process. The style of the counseling relationship can be different depending on the counseling pattern and the circumstances of the counseling; however, there is no counseling that excludes the relationship between the counselor and the counselee. The counseling relationship is fundamental of the counseling and at the same time it is the key factor of deciding whether the counseling was successful. Previous researches based on the effects of counseling have ascertained the influence of the counseling relationship to be much higher than the counseling techniques or skills. The counseling relationship is influenced by the counselor`s temperament, life values, and the good or bad qualities of a counselor. Furthermore, the current circumstance of the counselee, and how well the counselee is aware of himself. Regarding these points, this dissertation examines the counselor and the counselee`s identity, the relationship and the impact it has on pastoral counseling.
