빈곤정책의 현황과 과제

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to investigate the present state of the Poverty policy and
to grope for the task of it.
The content of this study is composed as follows.
In the first chapter, the author suggests the significance and purpose of this study.
Chapter 2 explains the concept of the poverty, and chapter 3 examines the significance
and character of the Poverty policy.
Chapter 4 examines the present state of the provision, finance, and delivery in the
Poverty policy.
Finally, Chapter 5 suggests the task of the Poverty Policy.
In conclusion, this study suggests (1) to consider the balance in the level of provision
against the other social security system, (2) to be necessary to individualization of
provision suitable to needs of the poor household, (3) to improve the occupational ability
to the work-connection and self-support. And (4) It suggests to be necessary to actively
pick out the clients, who are able to be excluded because of criterion of a responsible
person of thε support.
