    In this study, it was studied economic incentive measures to reduce air pollution at Gwangju city. Economic incentive measures have advantage to promote cost-effective technology. In particular, it can be derive the optimal level without having to know the specific information sources. In this study, it was studied divide into direct and indirect economic incentive measures to reducing air pollution of Gwangju city. Direct economic incentive measures are follows: increase of fuel tax, driving tax, parking demand management, congestion fee, environmental improvement charge. Indirect economic incentives measures are follows: public transportation support system, reduce toll for environmental vehicle, popularize environmental vehicle, subsidy support system to level of advanced country. However, it should be estimate preferentially that social cost and benefit of air pollution to establish these measures. Because, economic incentive measures would be decided by individual and social utility level. However, this study do not consider environmental pollution and social cost and benefit of environmental pollution. Specially, if it would estimate social cost and benefit by economic incentive measures, effective regulation and protect level of substitution would be estimated.
