북송사행(北宋使行)을 통해서 본 박인량(樸寅亮)의 문학사적 위상 = Literary historical position of Park Inryang(樸寅亮) seen through from his diplomatic envoy to North Song(北宋) Dynasty

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 논문은 한·중 양국의 각종 문헌자료에 산재해 있는 樸寅亮의 북송사행에 관련된 자료를 수집·정리하여 그의 사행시기 및 경로를 밝혀내고, 그의 시문에 대한 종합적인 검토를 통해 박인량의 문학사적 위상에 대한 재조명을 시도한 것이다. 이제까지 한국문학사에서는 박인량이 文宗34년(1080) 柳洪을 정사로 하는 북송사행에 副使신분으로 한 번 다녀왔다고 보았다. 그리고 그때 金覲등과 함께 지은 시문을 중국인들이 수집하여 小華集이라는 이름으로 간행했다는 사실만으로 그의 문학사적 위상을 논의해왔다. 그러나 박인량의 존재가 북송의 지식계에 알려지게 된 것은, 그가 처음 書狀官의 신분으로 북송에 갔던 문종 25년(1071)의 일이었다. 박인량은 이때의 1차 북송사행에서 자신의 뛰어난 시문 창작능력을 유감없이 발휘하여 북송의 지식인들에게 깊은 인상을 심어주었다. 박인량의 1차 북송사행에서의 활약이 이후에 전개되는 고려와 북송과의 문화교류에도 상당한 영향을 끼쳤다. 북송 지식인들은 고려 지식인들의 시문 창작 능력을 비롯한 문화적 수준이 대단히 고양되어 자신들의 중화에 버금간다고 보았다. 그래서 북송의 神宗황제는 고려에 보내는 조서작성에 매우 주의하게 되었다. 또한 고려사신들이 머무르는 곳을 `小中華之館`이라고 호칭하면서 고려사신에 대한 대우도 성대해졌다. 그리고 박인량이 북송을 다시 찾은 2차 사행 때는 그가 지은 시문들을 수집하여 편찬하면서 소화집이라고 명명하게 된 것이다. 박인량은 1차 사행 때 귀국 도중 신종황제의 축수재를 올리기 위하여 泗州의 龜山寺와 閏州의 金山寺를 방문했는데, 이때 <使宋過泗州龜山寺>와 <金山>시를 지었다. 또한 1차 사행 때 사행원들의 창화시 70여 편을 모아 서상잡영을 편찬했다. 그리고 2차 사행 때의 시문으로는 <伍子胥廟>와 <舟中夜吟>시가 현존하며, 소화집은 박인량의 시문을 수집하여 출판할 목적으로 편찬되었다. 박인량의 국내 활동은 주로 외교문서 작성에서 두드러지게 나타났다. 거란과의 국경문제를 해결하기 위해 작성한 외교문서 「上大遼皇帝告奏表」와 「入遼乞罷교場狀」에는 박인량의 자주적 역사의식이 강하게 드러났다. 또한 박인량이 「文王哀冊」에서 문왕의 덕을 기리면서 `小中華`라는 표현을 사용한 것은 자국 문화에 대한 자부심과 함께 고려의 문화수준이 중화와 같다는 `同文`의식에 기인했다. 이러한 `小中華`의식은 그의 2차에 걸친 북송사행을 통해 형성되었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This thesis has revealed in regards to Park Inrayng`s diplomatic envoy to North Song Dynasty of period and process through in between South Korean and Chinese literature material and clarified his diplomatic envoy. And It was illuminated again through an integrated examination of all poetry and prose of Park Inrayng. It has been considered up to now that 樸寅亮participated in diplomatic envoy to North Song Dynasty only once with sub-traffic of 柳洪in the 34th year of 文宗(1080) in a history of South Korea literature. And, his historical literature phase has only been discussed by the fact of Chinese`s collected poetry and prose, made with 金覲 etc. that period and has been published it by the name `小華集`. However, 樸寅亮was known to North Song Dynasty as an intellectual in the 25th year of 文宗(1071) where he went to North Song Dynasty for the first time by the position of 書狀官. 樸寅亮demonstrated his ability in the field of poetry and prose with great creation skills and It made his deep impression to North Song Dynasty`s intellects. The first activity of 樸寅亮, with the diplomatic envoy to North Song Dynasty, influenced cultural exchanges between Korean Dynasty and North Song Dynasty of big literature development. As to Korean Dynasty`s intellect creation skills was developed a lot including the poetry and prose, the North Song Dynasty intellects had to consider of literary works they made. Moreover, the treatment to Korea Dynasty diplomatic envoy became grand while naming lodgings of Korea Dynasty`s diplomatic envoy `小中華之館`, too. And,樸寅亮`s poetry and prose what he made will be collected and be named `小華集` while compiling at the second of visited North Song Dynasty again by the diplomatic envoy. Thus, 樸寅亮was shown to Chinese diplomatic envoy in North Song Dynasty for his great literature talents and they recognized cultural level of Korea Dynasty again. As a result, Chinese started to consider that the cultural level of Korea Dynasty follows Chinese and called Korea Dynasty `小華` or `小中華`. And, intellects of Korea Dynasty including 樸寅亮also were formed `the same script consideration(同文意識)` that the cultural level of Korea Dynasty was the same as Chinese, and came to admit by `小中華` with the pride to the home country culture. This study related to diplomatic envoy`s traffic was collecting arranged to the North Song of 樸寅亮that lay scattered in various document material of the Korea and China two countries in this thesis. And, time and the route of his diplomatic envoy`s traffic were clarified, and the re-lighting to his literary historical position was tried.
