직장인의 여가활동유형에 따른 심리적행복감 및 직무만족의 차이 = Difference between Psychological Happiness and Job Satisfaction of Office Worker's Leisure Activities

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 직장인의 여가활동 참여유형에 따라 긍정적인 심리적 행복감 및 직무만족을 높이고, 더 나아가 개인의 삶의 질을 높이기 위해 직장인의 여가활동유형의 배경변인 및 심리적 행복감이 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 관계를 규명하는 것이다. 연구대상은 2009년 현재 서울특별시, 인천광역시, 경기도 지역에 소재하고 있는 직장인 중 여가에 참여하고 있는 직장인을 대상으로 총 329명의 직장인을 대상자로 선정하였다. 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직장인의 배경변인에 따른 심리적 행복감의 차이가 다르게 나타났다. 둘째, 직장인의 배경변인에 따른 직무만족의 차이가 나타났다. 셋째, 여가활동유형에 따른 심리적 행복감의 차이가 나타났다. 넷째, 여가활동유형에 따른 직무만족에 차이가 나타났다. 다섯째, 심리적 행복감이 직무만족에 미치는 차이를 분석한 결과 먼저 직무자세, 임금, 승진, 복리후생, 동료, 회사정책에 심리적 행복감이 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of environmental variables of leisure activity types and psychological happiness of salaried workers on job satisfaction The subjects were 329 salaried workers who are residents in Seoul, Incheon, and Gyeonggi-do as of 2009 having leisure activities, being selected by stratified cluster random sampling. The results of this study are as follows. First, there were differences in psychological happiness according to environmental variables of salaried workers. Second, there were differences in job satisfaction according to environmental variables of salaried workers. Third, there were differences in psychological happiness according to the types of leisure activities. Fourth, there were differences in job satisfaction according to the types of leisure activities. Fifth, based on the analysis of effects of psychological happiness on job satisfaction, psychological happiness was shown to affect job attitude, wage, promotion, welfare, peer, and company policy.
