고등학교 운동선수의 사회불안, 스포츠 경쟁불안, 자존감이 공격성에 미치는 영향 = The Effects of Social Anxiety, Sports Competition Anxiety and Self-esteem of Highschool Athlete on Aggression

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study is to provide fundamental data to manage plans assisting positive social relationships in addition to reducing highschool athletes' aggression by making a close investigation into mediation and causal relationships of sports competitive anxiety, social anxiety and self-esteem as related variables affecting aggression of highschool athletes, to grope for plans to reduce aggression such as violent action, anger and hostility of juvenile athletes. The research target was B metropolitan city highschool athletes, 588 athletes of 21 items. For data management, SPSS/PC+16.0 and AMOS16.0 program for WINDOWS was used. Confirmatory factor analysis was carried out to examine the validity of the measurement instrument. The following results were acquired by executing Covariance structure analysis on causal relationships between sports competition anxiety, social anxiety, self-esteem and aggression. Sports competition anxiety of highschool athletes had significantly positive influence on aggression. Social anxiety of highschool athletes had significantly positive influence on aggression. Self-esteem of highschool athletes had negative influence on aggression. Sports competition anxiety of highschool athletes had significantly negative influence on self-esteem. Social anxiety of highschool athletes had significantly positive influence on self-esteem. Self-esteem of highschool athletes functioned as the mediator between sports competition anxiety, social anxiety and aggression.
As the conclusion, concrete plan needs to be found to reduce sports competition anxiety and social anxiety as well as to elevate personal self-esteem of athletes for the reduction of highschool athletes' aggression.
