      Teleworking, which is a new way of working from home instead of an office, has become a widespread practice because it is considered as beneficial for both organization and employee. Teleworking seem to have the advantages such as increased productivity, job satisfaction, cost reduction, and flexibility of time and space. Specifically, this practice is expected to help women with children to balance between work and family life. However, negative aspects of telewoking such as job insecurity and social isolation, has been interfered the development of this practice. The current study investigated the KIPO(Korean Intellectual property office) examiners` opinion about teleworking. The result showed that the perceived advantages of teleworking(higher productivity, psychological freedom, and family relationship improvement) influenced the attitude toward the teleworking positively. Indeed, the perceived disadvantages of teleworking(aggravating relationship with co-worker, interfering manager`s control over team, and social isolation) influenced the attitude toward the teleworking negatively. However, unlike the result of the previous research, the fact that teleworking may hinder the career advancement or promotion did not influence the attitude toward the telework negatively at all. Most importantly, the communication with co-worker have the positive influence on the examiners` attitude toward the telework. In addition, the current investigation compared four different types of examiners group based upon their teleworking experience: current teleworker, previous teleworker, teleworking prospects, teleworking non-prospects. It appeared that the teleworking non-prospects are more likely to agree with the negative aspects of teleworking comparing to the other three groups. The implications of the current research were discussed.
