청소년 비행관련 변인과 범죄위험성과의 관계분석 = The Analysis of Relations between Juvenile Delinquency and Criminal Risk

국문 초록 (Abstract)

  얼마 전 미국 버지니아 공과대학에서 발생한 총기난사 사건은 우리 국민들뿐만 아니라 전 세계를 경악케 한 참사로 기록되고 있다. 이 사건은 가해자의 반사회적 정서와 자아도취적 과시증이 미국 사회의 총기소지 허용 제도와 복합적으로 작용함으로써 빚어져 발생한 결과로 볼 수 있다. 이러한 사례에서도 알 수 있듯이 특정인의 정서 및 정신상태가 얼마나 큰 범죄행위를 유발할 수 있는가를 단적으로 보여주고 있다.<BR>  특히 이러한 반사회적 증오범죄의 원인이 사회환경적ㆍ심리적 요인으로 인한 적응의 실패가 주요하다는 전제하에 이와 관련된 변인들이 범죄행동과 어떠한 관계가 있는지를 밝히는데 목적이 있다. 무엇보다 이러한 심리학적 요인들과 사회학적 비행관련 변인들을 설명함에 있어서, 성인보다는 청소년이 범죄에 노출될 가능성이 높다는데 주목하고, 이들의 비행 및 범죄를 유발하는 요인들을 분석함으로써 장래 위험행동의 예측이 가능하도록 하는데 목적이 있다.<BR>  본 연구에서는 범죄행위 관련 변인들을 선행연구와 자료들을 분석하여 어떠한 변인들이 범죄와 관계가 있는지를 탐색하기 위해 다음과 같은 문제들을 설정하였다. 즉, 연령과 범죄와의 관계는 어떠한가? 성별과 범죄와의 관계는 어떠한가? 그리고 사회계층과 범죄와의 관계는 어떠한가? 이다. 연구결과 연령과 성별, 사회계층에서 차이가 나타나고 있음을 알 수 있었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

  The study of crime has been an important area of study since the turn of this century. Academans practitioners, policymakers, and legal scholars have devoted their attention to basic questions about the nature of youth crime: who commits criminal behavior? How much crime occurs each year? In the rate of criminal activity increasing or decreasing? What can we do to prevent crime?<BR>  This study aims to explore the variables and explaining theories of youth crime. The problems of Korean society and daily stress of modern life have had a significant effect on our nations youth. Adolescence is unquestionably a time of transition, a time of trial and uncertainty, a time when youths one extremely vulnerable to emotional turmoil, experiencing anxiety, humiliation, and mood swings. During this period, the self, on basic personality, is still undergoing a metamorphosis and is vulneral to a host of external factors as well as to internal physialogical changer.<BR>  In this study, explored following questions; Is there any difference between age and crime? Is the any difference between gender and crime? Is the any difference between social class and crime?<BR>  In conclusion, it was bound that there are many differences between variables and crime. Next, it was suggested that there are choice theory and classical criminology, Trait theories, and social structure, process, and reaction theories explaining youths crime.
