역사 다큐멘터리와 한문학의 만남 = The Meeting of History Documentary and Korean Literature Written in Chinese Characters

Where’s the point the history documentary can contact Korean literature written in chinese characters? This article checks the reason why both parts can’t meet.
This paper takes an example of <History special> to explain the project idea and the production process, to expect the role of Korean literature written in chinese characters and further to check the reasons Korean literature written in chinese characters can’t play it’s role.
Actually, <History special> is made by the broadcasting specialists who didn’t major in Korean history or Korean literature written in chinese characters.
Considering these points, I offer two proposals to solve this problem.
First, we must translate all classical materials written in chinese characters into the modern Korean.
Second, we must build up the accessible data-base.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

한문학과 역사 다큐멘터리가 만나는 지점은 어디인가? 왜 이미 만났어야 할 두 분야가 아직도 제대로 만나지 못하고 있는가를 점검하였다. ꡔ역사스페셜ꡕ의 경우를 예로 들어 그 기획의도와 제작과정을 설명하고, 한문학이 이런 다큐프로그램에 대해 어떤 역할을 할 수 있는지, 기대되는 역할은 왜 할 수 없는지를 간단히 살펴보았다. 역사 다큐멘터리가 역사 전공자도 아니면서 한문학에도 거리가 먼 사람들에 의해서 만들어지고 있는 것이 현실을 감안할 때 두 가지가 긴요한 과제이다. 첫째는 한문으로 된 자료를 모두 번역되어야 한다는 것, 둘째는 이 번역된 자료들은 접근하기 쉽게 체계적으로 데이터베이스화해야 한다는 것이다.
