아동의 자아개념에 관한 연구 = A Study on Children's Self-Concept

A Study on Children's Self-ConceptLee, Wui-HwanKwon, Yong-Shin The purpose of this subject is how to difference self-concept according to children's socio-demographic, a total of 158 who attending a boy student 89, a girl student 69 elementary school 6th grade in the Daegu area randomly selected. As a measure tool, it uses the standard of children's self-concept. In other words, it is used that to be suitable to the self-concept elementary school 4th, 5th, 6th grade of the Korean developed by Hee-Joon Yoon(1984), this researcher revised the standard of self-concept Stevenson(1990)'s self-concept test. SPSS Win statistic package program is used for data processing and analysis. It finds frequency and percentage for the general characteristics of the subject, and Cronbach‘s α for the reliance of each standard. Also, to find whether demographic variables standard deviation are calculated, doing frequency analysis, t-test and ANOVA. The result of this can be summarized as follows. First, there was significant difference children's self-concept ANOVA according to children's sex. Second, there was significant difference children's total self-concept ANOVA according to children's birth order. Third, there was significant difference children's self-concept ANOVA according to father's a school career. Fourth, there was significant difference each occupation children's total self-concept ANOVA according to father's occupation.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 아동의 배경적 특성에 따라 자아개념이 어떠한 차이가 나타나는지를 살펴보고자 대구시 소재 초등학교 6학년 학생 중에서 남학생 89명 여학생 69명 총 158명을 무선표집 대상으로 하였다. 본 연구에서 사용된 척도는 Stevenson(1990)이 분류한 자아개념 측정변인을 윤희준(1984)이 우리나라의 국민학교 4, 5, 6학년 아동의 수준에 맞게 수정 보완한 것으로서 자아개념의 기술적 평가적 차원을 8개의 하위영역에 걸쳐 총 76개의 문항척도로 구성하고 있다. 이 자아개념검사의 신뢰도는 내적합치도와 일관성을 측정하는 Cronbach α 계수를 통하여 검증하였으며 연구대상자의 일반적 특징을 살펴보기 위해 빈도 및 백분율을 산출했으며 SPSS/PC+ 프로그램을 이용하여 변량분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 나타나 결과는 다음과 같다. 성별에 따른 자아개념의 변량분석에서는 전체 자아개념은 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 출생순위에 따른 전체 자아개념의 변량분석에서는 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 부의 학력에 따른 자아개념의 변량분석에서는 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 부의 직업에 따른 전체 자아개념의 변량분석에서는 각 직업별로는 유의미한 차이가 나타났다.
