    Leadership have the dynamic meaning, so that leader should straighten his role in his word and action.
    Generally speaking leadership is “the leading power” for the community. The research of present day is connected with “social and cultural values”. Korean Church urgently needs leadership for a new paradigm. It is leadership of service.
    With a heart of Christ the church is urgently called for the regaining of right service.
    The understanding for diversity and creative insight have to lead the leader in the information age church-community.
    The pastor is the leader for “in church” and “out Church”, so that he should develop a spiritual leadership and a social leadership
    The church is a deity-organization and social organization, so the pastor is greatly required to have, two functions, to cultivation and to incubate
    They need to cultivate spiritual leadership and a social leadership. The Church leader must realize the regaining of leadership for the Church and the world with a service leadership, through which God delegate authority to the church leader.
