근대 재현적 주체의 죽음과 탈주의 욕망 : 이청준의 예술관을 검토하기 위한 시론적 연구 The Basic Consideration of Lee Chung-jun’s Viewpoint of Art = The Death of Modern Representative Subject and Desire of Flight

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This thesis considers the attitudes of modern asthetics with Lee Chung-jun's work, <비화밀교>, <이어도>, <시간의 문> to ascertain his viewpoint of art. And it manifests his viewpoints made up with speculation upon the essential issue of modern esthetics. His reflectional skepticism on the modern representationalism proved in his resonable concerning about the basis of esthetics of the novel and the novelist itself, with the question ‘How&what to write’. And then, he depicts the contradiction and conflicts between the willing to include the invisible world and the representates with novel's language by novel as a form and life-accepting the fate. Hence, his novelistic subject always perceives death and sometimes pursuits the space-time of flight, the figulation of the space appears as the sea.
This thesis makes a fresh viewpoints of his novel. His work has a foundation on the doubt about the boundary of the ‘realism/modernism’, not on the binary opposing between them. It is his radical principle that he examines the evelopment of both tributary stream, not the relative superiority. So, the trial judge his working binary is merely a attirition. It should be the discovery of his post-modern thinking and methodology with detailed consideration upon his thought about the boundary of the modern esthetic itself.
