美國의 對ASEAN政策 = A Policy on ASEAN of America

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The necessity of mutual cooperation to ASEAN policy of America between
America and ASEAN is considered as policy direction coming to a conclusion
of led by America and Japan. Accordingly this paper proposed tow ideas as
an alternative plan of an improved policy. First, American’s no intervention to neutralization in ASEAN regarded as victory of America’s foreign policyfrom the viewpoint of high level. ASEAN’s growing individually, keeping peace not to have subordinate relationship but equality relationship but equality relationship is to be possible.
Second, America has to play the role of bridge in increasing the friendship between ASEAN and Red China. Friendly relations effort of America between ASEAN and Red China to accept recognition proceeds to self-evident truth diplpmacy for ASEAN. It will become the pillar of the pacific seourity And so I present above two anternative plam.
A foreign policy of America also will contribute to the world peace under the self-evident truth policy, getting rid of near-sighted aspects.
In other words,I demand military and econonric aid Without trouble
on human reghts of ASEAN people, the abolition of mutual defense treaty, and the military nase evacuation to get out of political, econmical, military guard state are necessary, This never means America’s ebb tide. The result of neutralization effort of ASEAN and unintervention of America will take influence power of high level in the pacific area.
What America take off ideology wall and to have mutual friendship between Red China and ASWAN in supporting neutralizaion Zone plan in ASEAN will surely ighten the possibility of the pacific cooperation Community.
